The Management of the Company is vested in the Board of Directors comprising entrepreneurs, Professionals, business and persons with experience in their related fields. The company proposes to appoint a term of qualified and experienced professionals from various fields for the operations in areas such as Project implementation, technical, finance, marketing administrations and personnel. The day to day management will be looked after by Smt. Hasumatiben R. Mistry, Managing Directors of the company under the superintendence and guidance of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Mayurbhai Patel aged 49 years is BE( Electrical) has rich experience about 25 years in steel plant, chemical plant and other allied, Engineering fields. He specializes in Electrical- Electronic Equipments sophisticated Engineering design for plant and machinery with atomization and has consultations in this field to Nirma Ltd. Vallabh Glass works Ltd. Gujarat Machinery Manufacturing Co. Ltd. etc. He is instrumental in designing and selecting electronic control penal for the induction furnace being installed by the company.

Mr. Jaiminkumar Vyas, Shukdevprasad Vyas, aged 45 years, is a B.Sc(Physics), and by profession he is an astrologer at Bolundra and Nadiad, Specializing in Sidhant and Falit jyotish. He had also received a Gold Medal in this specialized field. He has 7 years experience looking after Administration and Finance in Dattatrai Group of Companies, Ahmedabad, from 76 to 83. He has been honorary professor since 1976 with Jyotish Vedhshala, Ahmedabad.

Mr. Ravindra K. Mistry, aged 41 years, is a qualified Interior Designer. He has 22 years experience in manufacturing and marketing of metal & wooden furniture. Ha has also attended seminars exhibitions at Singapore and Germany on wooden and metal furniture. He is at present the Managing Partner of System K.D. which is engaged in manufacturing of Metal & wooden furniture at Ahmedabad and Bombay. He was instrumental in executing the project of 14-screen multimedia show Auditorium of the Swaminarayan Temple at Gandhinagar.

Mr. Shivprasad M. Shukla, aged 89 years, is a graduate in Hindi Sahitya. He has been attached to M/s. Bennet Coleman & Co. Ltd. for last 50 years as a District Reporter. He also looks after Sales, Advertisement, Booking etc. for this Company.

He has been associated with several religious trusts and agencies/organizations engaged in social activities. He was president of Ghodhra Municipal Bureau and had also worked as municipal counselor for 20 years. He was also associated as a member with Godhra Mercantile Co - Operative Bank Ltd.

Mr. Dharmesh Mistry aged 22 years is master of Computer. He has been looking after marketing of M/s. Alerk & M/s Pankaj Cast.

Mr. Anil Suthar aged 26 years is inter commerce. He has 5 years experience on shop-floor in steel casting manufacturing units.

The company appointed Mr. Ishwarlal L. Patel, B.E. (Mechanical) and graduate in Indian Institute of Ind. Engg. As Vice President (Project). He will resume his duty by end of October 94. Shri I.L.Patel has worked from 73 to 79 with TISCO, 79 to 81 with Ferro Alloys Corp Nagpur, 81 to 82 special steel ltd. Boisor, 82 to 86 Panchmahal Steel Ltd. Kalol 86 to 87 Aslo Steel Ltd. Kalol and from 88 till joining with this company with Paramhans Industries in managerial capacities. His rich experience in Steel Project will enable the Company to implement its project. There are no pending litigations in respect of statutory dues or proceedings initiated for economic offences against any of the Directors towards tax liabilities or any criminal/civil procedures launched for any offences.
