The main promoter of the company, Smt. Hasumatiben R. Mistry Age 38 is having a vide industrial experience in the field of Steel. At present she is proprietress of M/S ‘Alark’ , a diamond tool manufacturing company, and of M/S Pankaj Cast foundry engaged in manufacture of alloyed C.I. castings at Godhra,. She has been associated with these units since four years. She has five years of trading and manufacturing experience in the steel industry. After getting a through exposure to the steel trade, its manufacturing process she decided to start a unit for manufacture of Special Steels of Gujarat. She is well conversant with all the aspects of procuring raw material from various indigenous sources.

Stake of promoters along with their family members and their companies, in this company is 23.40% of the existing capital and will be 17.54% of the post issue paid up capital of the company. The balance capital out of the promoter’s contribution will be held by friends, relatives & associates.

Promoters/do not have any other interest in the company expect that in purchase if some of the land from promoters and their relative as stated else where in the prospectus. There are no pending litigation, disputes,, defaults/overdue to banks and financial institutions, statutory dues and no proceedings initiated for economical offenses against the promoter or promoter’s firms.
